Manila City Library: A Hub of Learning and Community

Established on October 28, 1946, through Ordinance No. 2982, the Manila City Library (MCL) is a cornerstone of the city's intellectual and cultural life. Located at 800 Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila, and currently under the guidance of Ms. Mylene C. Villanueva OIC, the MCL encompasses eleven branches across Manila's six districts.
