I stated that I could earn 10 per cent annual interest and have access to life insurance and health benefits. I went to the mall to get it so I signed it. I then requested that they cancel my request within the 30 day cooling-off period. They did not respond to my emails. I sent an email to the Insurance Commission Public Assistance email. They also informed me of my concerns and gave me a 5-day deadline to process my request.

Worst customer service Anna, the receptionist, doesn't know anything about clients. If they want to speak to you they will only give you the number that the cashier and receptionist can answer.
