Aruga Apartments By Rockwell Manila reviews

This is a new favorite in Manila that I am looking forward to returning.

It is a wonderful place to be. The staff is friendly and everything is easy to do. Our 2 nights stay was wonderful. Breakfast vouchers can be used in Prologue at 7:10am. Pancake House and Rocky's at Rockwell Club are also available. The basement has an easy access to Power Plant Mall. You can bring your shopping cart up to Aruga.

Excellent location. From the hotel, it is easy to get to Rockwell Mall. From the parking lot, there is a pathway that leads to the mall. Highly recommended. Beautiful, modern location in Rockwell.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in in our 8-year journey to the Philippines. The hotel is conveniently located near the Power Plant Mall and the rooms are clean. There are also plenty of sitting areas.

The inconsistent service provided by Aruga on my recent stay disappointed me. I chose Aruga Serviced Apartments as they were so pleasant to work with and I was able to enjoy a relaxing stay. Linens were not changed throughout the 2 week stay.

Excellent service from the staff.

The AC was not working in our sala overnight. We tried calling twice to report it but were not answered. After we checked out, we were informed via email that our concierge had received a response. However, they did not update us on the status of our items. I arrived about 40 minutes ago and presented my handwritten authorization from my sister.
