The guy behind the counter refused to let us rent a car. He also said that he didn t have any AVIS cars for international airports.

Online booking confirmation received weeks before. I was here at the airport when they said there wasn't any more cars available. This is just terrible.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. After receiving my confirmation, I tried to rent a vehicle from this company for a month. However, there weren't any cars on the lot. After asking for assistance they suggested a lower-cost car. Even though they responded with a written complaint.

Do not rent from this company. Book in advance. They will not have your car. I book a 5-seater auto wagon for my parents, 76 and 80. I bring all paperwork. I then get told that they do NOT have it. I am disgusted that an international company such as avis could make this happen on Christmas Eve.

Ran away. The worst experience with a car rental company I've ever had. I booked a month in advance and received confirmation. We checked again, this time to confirm. 9110 miles later we discovered that they did not possess the vehicle. The clerks also informed us that it is very common for a vehicle to be unavailable. It was the worst experience with car rentals. I had to wait for a shuttle and they took me to another location. We were in a party area and had to go through a lot of traffic to reach the avis office. The car that I had booked was not available. They also didn't have any manual cars.

It is terrible. The directions are not provided and the airport is closed. They also take your money.
