It was a wonderful experience! The hotel was very close to commercial areas and our room was clean. We are returning for our third time to this hotel.

Azumi Boutique Hotel in Manila is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable, but a little too small to accommodate 2 persons. Excellent service. You can order food.

The hotel rooms are nice, but the policeman in the hotel parking lot keeps asking me to give him money, first visit to the Philippines, which makes me feel bad. Everyone, be careful of the police here, there will be various ways to blackmail your money

Phone calls are the fastest way to communicate.

Our stay was Jan 2023. First, it was difficult to park because of limited space. They also recommended that we pay overnight parking. The second issue was the main lobby. The elevator was not working properly. The swimming pool was not well maintained.

It took 30 minutes to get checked in. They almost lost my DL, which is why they haven't called me yet. The food costs are also high. Not Romulo. The kitchen has very poor food. We ordered 1 sandwich, 1 pizza and 1 margarita. Our bill totalled 1600.
