Many of these people are either boomers or X ers. Via Mare was a popular caterer during FM. She was a well-known figure in government catering. I remember the simple flavors in Via Mare s food. It reminds me of when I was a child, when I was still living with my parents or the times when I used to entertain Balikbayan guests.

The food was delicious, but the serving sizes were smaller than before. It also cost a lot to buy their bottles of water.

Via Mare Greenbelt, a Filipino favorite is well-known for its classic dishes. They offer the option to customize rice dishes such as Crab Omelette using two side dish vegetables and ketchup Filipino style.

Via Mare is a proud Filipino restaurant that has been promoting Filipino food to a world-class standard. I have enjoyed their Pancit Luglog Tokwa t Baboy Bibingka Puto Bumbong, their pampalamigs Guinomis, and Mais Con Hielo LVPMoment over the years.

This restaurant is highly recommended. It was once the top-rated Greenbelt 1 location. However, it has become somewhat of an eyesore in the evolution of Greenbelt 1. The old place is actually a reflection on Greenbelt 1 because the interior is quite old. But the food and service are excellent and quick so this deserves 5 stars.

A comfort food place that serves Filipino cuisine. I love Pinaputok Na Tilipa, and Monggo Soup.
