Definitely 5 stars. Worth every penny to upgrade to club level. Service here is impeccable. Absolutely top 10 hotels I have been to.

Attended an event. Place is extremely posh. I love the courteous service they provide. Although I was disappointed with most of the food. The salad even without the dressing were all sour. Food was also cold. Didn t get to enjoy the steak diane too because it was cold.
