) Great! It takes social service east avenue too long. There is more than one HR for each person who needs to be interviewed. Are you really that serious? People who are awake and tired make it almost impossible for them to be eaten. People will suffer rather than save, and they'll get sick from waiting in line for too long. That is insane! It's a ... see more

Some of the staff, nurses, and doctors were not professional when speaking with patients. They had no empathy, weren't well-mannered. This is a stark contrast to other hospitals. It is very disappointing.

Terrible hospital. I have ever experienced Doctors who are careless with their patients and also have a poor attitude towards them. They will only admit patients who can pay the hospital bill. I find this unprofessional. If I want to give a star to this hospital, I will rate it a star to trash.

It s not good for humanity that the hospital takes the battery of patients and not allows them to charge it. Also, i saw a patient who couldn t get up and asked her about his family. She then said she would go to 7-11 to charge just the cell phone.

We are grateful to East Avenue Medical Center for accepting my niece last night. Several hospitals had rejected her, including fabella and jose reyes. She is originally from Cavite and waited for them to decide whether to accept her. In Manila I first went to Fabella as that was the baby. Jose Reyes was also full so I talked with Jose Reyes last ni... see more

My experience at the hospital shows that not all people are the same. There is a social services for the poor, but I believe the nurses and on-duty staff will help you answer any questions you have. Sometimes it is even the patients relatives who get blamed.

My patient was treated with care by the doctor. I only said that they had a facility. But, the Malasakit Section is now asking for Philhealth information. He doesn't have any and refuses my request to release him. The Inquiries Department was notified and Complaints Office was contacted. The patient was discharged after two months.

It will be a mistake to go to the hospital together with loved ones who are seeking medical assistance.

Poor service I waited in line for over 8 hours and was given a fracture.

One of the less recommended hospitals. Some of the security guards and nurses had interacting issues. They didn't follow their protocol, which aka no visitors changing or shifting patient s guardians allowed without a letter from the doctor. We hope the hospital management will make improvements to their staffs.

It was absolutely horrible. I've never seen such a terrible hospital in my entire life. Not even basic first aid was given to my brother's injuries. There are no wheelchairs available, nurses everywhere, and patients are waiting 48 hours for help.

My Obstructive Jaundice Choledocholithiasis was the reason I was admitted to this hospital. Dr Mendoza and Dr Duque were very kind to me and Dr Gumboc is my surgeon. However, one of the nurses there gave me goosebumps when I asked him about my future surgeon.
