The term “ER-SAO” is a set of Chinese words meaning second sister-in-law. Ms. Joy Yao was previously a restaurant owner from Taiwan who has since lived in the Philippines.
It started in Banawe, Quezon City, as an individual milk tea shop in 2000 and is now a restaurant chain with more than 30 franchises and branches all over the Philippines. It celebrates the grand re-opening of their 2nd Banawe branch, which now adopts a modern interior design and an updated brand logo grasping a more minimalistic look while maintaining traditional Chinese architecture, referred to as ERSAO 2.0.
They expanded their menu from just milk teas into a whole line of Taiwanese snacks like specialty noodles, rice toppings, dumplings, and more.
A full menu package consisting of rice and noodles food meals, all beverages and ERSAO grocery products. It is capable of offering complex services such as dine in, take outs, online deliveries, catering and event bookings. Best for shopping mall, business district, and school zone.
