SCAMMERS! They scammed me! I am still waiting for a refund. It has been 2 weeks already. This company is not a good place to order. They will be brought to justice.

Scammer Never order from this company. They accept payment, but don't deliver and then refuse to reimburse you.

This online shop scammed me. I paid 3600php to get flowers, but they didn't reply to my emails. They claimed that I had received delivery confirmation. I checked other comments to see if this is a common occurrence.

Ordered on February 13 Delivery in Advance. They delivered Feb 15. The wrong order card had been crumpled and balloon popped and the chocolate was too old. Please do not buy from them. I also hope that you have read their reviews on Google and Facebook. Business is a fraud.

The surprise gift of flowers was received by me as an email confirmation. I did not receive updates about the order. Poor customer service. The Feb 14 delivery that I requested was not made did not happen despite the promise of a messenger customer representative. A day later, I tried calling the published number but they were not answering. Updated June 20,22: Floristella has yet to deliver the flowers ordered and has not responded to all follow-ups.

This website and their Facebook page are to be avoided. I placed an order online, but they didn't deliver by the deadline. After paying them money, there were no replies.

The wrong flowers were sent on the wrong day. Ordered Amity, but instead they sent random flowers. They arrived on August 1, the same day that I ordered them. I attempted to reach them via Facebook and their website but neither number or messenger was available. This is my first experience with such poor service.

ZERO stars if that s an option. They answered my questions via FB chat, but after my payment had been processed they weren't available Chats phones and emails were not returned. No delivery. No refund.

My order for flowers was placed through messenger. You did not deliver the items. You sent 1500php to Zuzil Magtolis by bank transfer. Now you won't respond to any of my phone calls or messages.
