) Worst customer service ever! I m a 5 yr Plan and I finished the 5 years. In the end I lost 100K . Super disappointed. I should have listened to my mother not to continue, but I was dumbfounded and didn t listen. Then I lost my hard earned money that I wish I had invested in the Bank at least it was there. Your Financial Advisor and their head only benefited from this. They are only interested in the commission they can get. After that, they don t care anymore. It s a good thing I didn t take a picture of my son. And I stopped my cousin and friend who were planning to take a plan from you. You and yours are a disappointment! If only I could give zero stars, I would have given them to you!  (

The worst customer service anywhere in the world. I am trying to withdraw funds from VUL. It has taken almost 2 months for me to receive it.


Pinatagal Nila ng was my agent. They will not cancel my policy until I have paid the premium. I'll continue with sunlife because of their better customer service and better advisors
