This is a very nice hotel. Great views of the BGC from all rooms. There are many restaurants that offer diverse dishes.

It is a lovely hotel located in Bonifacio Global City. The mall is only a few blocks away. There is plenty of room to walk around and the staff is friendly.

We ate at the chinese restaurants and it was very disappointing. My nephew said that it tasted like every other Chinese restaurant. The desserts were slow to arrive. I was expecting better from Hyatt

We were unable to give them a rating for their service and rooms, but from the outside it looks very nice. Security is excellent. I picked up my daughter last night after they had their Christmas party.

A conference was attended with good facilities. Comfortable rooms, a wide range of TV channels and free WiFi. Several restaurants were also available. Friendly staff always welcome guests.

This hotel is the only one that has a clean environment in Manila. The spa and swimming pool are perfect. We had great views from our 57th-floor dining room.
