Excellent service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hayatt Regency truly is a city full of dreams. The best experience, and thank you to all the amazing team for making it unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from room service to the housekeeping and security personnel, all of it. It is a beautiful place to stay.

I had low expectations of this hotel at first once I was told no outside food could be brought in. That is the reason one star is missing. However, everything else was great. It has lots of food options inside. I just still find it ridiculous. They act like they are a theme park rather than a hotel.

Check in took more than 30 minutes. They made a waiting area for people to queue up.

Amazing staff. Janro, at the front desk, immediately upgraded my husband to a deluxe room with the stunning view over the courtyard and pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we enjoyed many of their wonderful dishes. We also had access to a minibar and snacks that were replenished daily. It was an amazing experience and highly recommended.

Hyatt is my favorite Hyatt hotel. The beautiful lobby and the amazing staff make it even more special.

Boss was selling me a poloshirt and a cap. I then went to Mary Grace for breakfast.

There was a little wait at check-in, but it was well worth it. The warm staff assigned me a small corner room which I really enjoyed.

You will be back in the best hotel you have ever stayed at.
