You can now find fresh baked sponge cakes in the Philippines

You can make salted egg sponge cakes, but not with salt eggs

The taste is not distinctive, but it's still delicious. I bought it with the cheese branch from the market. It was even better than Goldilocks Marble Cake. We were expecting it.

The cheese sponge cakes and the pork floss are my favorites. I'm glad they have an outlet in Iloilo City.

Jim's was nothing special. I expected mamon bread in Japanese convenience stores, but the cake is not nearly as good. The egg is too strong and it was dry. I think the local version tastes better.
