While you're strolling through Manila, it is refreshing to come across an open library.

While I was studying at PLM, I remembered that there were many vendors in the area. Today it is beautiful. Kudos Yorme!

Extremely discriminatory. Does not allow bikers to ride their bikes on the underpass. There is no way for them to cross the place. The illogical guards block bikers from crossing the place. They want them to take a long route to get to the other side. It's beautiful, but it's not practical for those who would benefit most.

It is not a bicycle friendly area. The underpass was created for pedestrians and bikers to allow them to safely pass on the other side. City Hall has fast-moving cars.

Even if bikes are not used, they cannot be folded. This puts people at risk by allowing bikers to cross traffic in merging lanes.

I chanced upon this bookstall when I got stranded in the PUV terminal over Lagusnilad on a particularly hellish afternoon traffic and weather wise I wasn t gonna get a jeep at that hour and I had to get out of the sun so I ducked into the Lagusnilad underpass in an attempt to escape to SM Manila and while away the hours there Little did I kno... see more
