About Mang Inasal

Mang Inasal's authentic fusion of traditional Filipino cuisine with the dine-in concept.

Famous for its native-style and “nuot-sarap” Chicken Inasal with its pioneering “unlimited rice”, Mang Inasal quickly won the hearts of its customers with its distinctively Pinoy stamp-grilling and special marinade made out of local secret spices.

Mang Inasal Philippines, Inc., also known as Mang Inasal, is a barbecue fast food restaurant chain in the Philippines, established in Iloilo City in 2003.

Mang Inasal's popularity is due to its extensive range of Filipino comfort foods, including Chicken Inasal. This unique Filipino food has been a hit with Pinoys for many years. In 2009, six years after opening its first branch, Mang Inasal boasted a network of over 100 stores. Jollibee Foods Corporation JFC soon noticed Mang Inasal, which is the largest Philippine foodservice company and was one of Asia's most loved companies. JFC purchased 100 shares of Mang Inasal's stock in April 2016.

Mang Inasal today is the most prominent Pinoy brand outlet, selling Chicken Inasal and Pork BBQ as well as Palabok. To meet growing demands, the menu is constantly evolving. Mang Inasal's growth has been steady since it was acquired, and makes it the most popular quick-service restaurant in the country. Mang Inasal currently has more than 450 locations across the country and is growing.

Over the years, Mang Inasal has won numerous awards, such as the Outstanding Fast-Growing Local Food Company award from the 19th Annual National Consumers Awards (2008), the Most Outstanding Quick-Service Restaurant Award and Most Outstanding Chicken Isal restaurant in the 2010 Dangal ng Bayan Awards and the Outstanding Filipino Franchise Award of the 2015 Franchise Excellence Awards. Mang Inasal is now building the foundation of a new age of success, and the brand will continue its legacy of excellence.
