About Pound for Pound

Pound for Pound Fitness aims to help you with any of your fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, conditioning, cross-training, or even martial arts training, they have it. They also have a bunch of branches so if you’re a beginner searching for the perfect location, Pound for Pound could be your go-to gym.

Gym hours are from Monday - Saturday 7 am-10 pm, and Sunday, 10am-5pm. 

Pound for Pound offer Circuit Training, Athletic Training, Weights Training, Strength and Conditioning.

There are many overweight people who have enrolled, but stopped after only a couple of weeks. The equipment and place are great for training all types of exercises. The coaches are very knowledgeable about who uses the mats.

I was able to shed a significant amount of weight thanks to them. They were great at teaching and guiding newbies like me.
