Liao, Principal Dentist, received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in April 1995 at Centro Escolar University, Manila. After graduating from college, he passed the licensing exams for dentists. After working as an associate dentist in a dental office, he worked in an industrial practice, where he gained management and proficiency skills. He also learned how to handle dentistry cases.

In 1997, he opened his own private practice in Sta. Cruz in Manila and was affiliated with most of the major health insurance companies. This allowed him to serve a wide range of clients from many industries. His business relationships with clients expanded to include enterprise benefits.

This includes employees, managers, staff, extended dependents and company employers. His experience in dentistry has made him an expert dentist who can handle complex cases. Many satisfied patients, both from the Philippines as well as abroad, leave Dr. Liao's clinic smiling and happy with their treatment results.

He has successfully completed many successful cases and also underwent mastery training in orthodontics. He continued his education to improve his abilities while working in private practice. He is a passionate attendee of seminars, lectures and conventions both in the Philippines as well as abroad. Dr.

Liao is an active member of both the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) and Manila Dental Society. He passed the American Dental Board Exams in San Francisco, California. This further strengthened his credentials. He decided, however to stop pursuing state licensure.

Because of the success of his practice in Manila and his growing clientele, he decided not to move.
