I went to their dinner buffet one week ago. If you don't have access to the food, you will have to ask each chef to bring it to your table on a small plate. Wait staff constantly interrupted me and my guest while we were at our table. It's just not worth it for the food that they offer. Las Vegas was better and more affordable than Las Vegas. The food choices are limited and the quality of the food is poor. Halo Halo lacks enough ingredients. All you can taste is ice. It is very bad. It was frozen and then thawed before being served.

There are many foods available to you... japanese, filipino etc.

Best buffet as ever. This is my third time at this restaurant.

Was looking forward to having a meal at this restaurant as I heard heaps of raves about how awesome it is. Not impressed at all. Their seafood tasted like they were frozen and thawed for a few days, tasteless and you couldn t even taste the sea flavour in them. Meat selection was ok. Great food, great service, great ambience. Combine these three elements and definitely its a very satisfying experience! Geremie, the supervisor assigned to our table was amazing.

The food was excellent and the ambiance were great. It just so happens that this restaurant is very expensive.

We tried their Friday night dinner: Lobster tails, crab cheese room sushi fresh-made cesar salad ramen stations 3 chocolate fountains, and many more.

This buffet is by far the most lavish and luxurious I have ever seen. It has a large spiral staircase and a fountain at the center. There are many food stations and a place for cold cuts and cheeses.

This is probably the best buffet restaurant in the city. Selection is huge, and quality is excellent.

We loved the food and service. Joy and Geremie looked after us both days for breakfast which was included in our room. The were delightful and attentive. The espresso coffee was refilled without delay which is unusual for a buffet.

I m a big fan of cheese and I spent most my time in the cheese room. The chef whose name is Ruben (if i m not mistaken) was kind enough to let me know which cheese pairings were great. We were staying at Sofitel so breakfast at Spiral was included and did not disappoint. The spiral staircase that gives this place its name is a prominent aesthetic feature but beyond that the spread and quality of the buffet was spectacular. Pity its so popular...there are queues

The lobsters and crabs are not what we expected they were small and not so fresh as you would expect it for the price Nothing outstanding for the buffet price that I was willing to pay Maybe you can improve your menu to the satisfaction of your customers Your seafood should be a high end quality

Celebrated parents 40th wedding anniversary! A special thank you to our server Kuya Rod who assisted us throughout our dinner. Very attentive, friendly and hospitable! Food was delicious with a wide selection.

We had our lunch in Spiral with my Family last Dec 24, 2022. The food in the buffet was superb and the service of the staffs made our experience more special. I want to mention Pia and Jerlin for the excellent service. We will be...back for more buffet experience with our family and friends, Thank you Spiral!

Some food is very good but the majority are average or below average Very over priced for what you get Looking at the YouTube videos I thought it would be larger and have more options I will not return

still probably the best buffet in town the crowning jewel for me is the cheese room absolutely love it and best enjoyed with a nice bottle of red
