The HK team stole cash from my room, and I won't recommend the hotel to anyone. The HK manager and the GM should both be fired if they are not listening. I will refer to them as "Theives" because they did not respond to my complaints. Jay: Do not stay at this hotel.

Excellent service and location The rooms are large and comfortable.

It is a cozy and pleasant property located in prime locations. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

It is not worth the money to get air freshener and/or humidifiers in their hallways.

Visitors, especially guards, are subject to a vile treatment

Excellent value for money in Makati

Unpleasing is the state of cleanliness in the bedroom. I asked the front desk to request them to change my sheets and pillows, but they returned to their room and folded and put back the pillowcases. There are also stains and footprints left on the floor.

The rooms are large and comfortable.

Today was my first Manila trip. The Picasso staff were amazing hosts.

Excellent hotel, nice staff. They only charge half of the cost for late check-out. Beautiful area with many restaurants and a small park.

Although the hotel was in an excellent location, the staff were very helpful. However, I felt the rooms had a dull interior. There wasn't enough lotion or other toiletries to go around. Overall it is a great place for convenience in Makati

It was spacious with all the amenities and clean. The location is good.
