Although I assumed it was just doctors that are late, like 1-5 and 2 hours late, I saw another comment. I also hope that doctors at this hospital respect their time. On another note, I love that OPD is well ventilated. However mosquitoes terrified me once when I visited ER.

The most inefficient hospital

People go to hospitals to seek care. I asked for emergency care, but the doctor did not actually check me but just gave me a scolding. She also said that she would not charge 300php to patients for any PPEs they do not use. I didn't see that PPE was worn but still wanted me to make payment.
