Vargas Museum is a pleasant surprise. It contains more artwork than I originally imagined. There are even pieces that were sequestered from PCGG by the Marcos family

This museum is a great place to visit. It boasts an impressive collection of art.

It is situated at the University of the Philippines, but is accessible to the public.
