Two shower rooms weren't functional and both used shared cleaning rags.

This branch is probably the smallest I have ever seen, but you can still exercise here in the morning as there is not as much traffic. You also get basic equipment as well as an open area for any floor needs. The room has great lighting that will not leave you feeling sleepy. There is not a weightlifting platform.

4th Ave Anytime Fitness has a nice selection of fitness classes in BGC. I often workout there, but I don't like the way the staff treat me. Some of my trainers are overweight and lack the ability to influence.

If you wish to visit this branch, you must be able to make a schedule. The assessment was necessary for anyone who doesn't know what they are doing. The coach that was to conduct my assessment refused to cancel on me several times at his discretion. He made it seem like I was asking for his help.
