Dulcinea was my favorite Spanish restaurant in my youth. Fast forward to today and they changed their name to Cafe Dulcinea. I love that their chocolate dipping sauce is thick and rich. It was the perfect compliment to the crispy Churros. What I did not like about Cafe Dulcinea was the slow service. It took them too long to come to my outside table... see moreon Sun Dec 04 2022
Although the food was delicious, the service was slow. Even asking for the bill took 10 minutes.

Makapuno Pie was my favorite take-out food. It's so delicious that I don't remember it being smaller when I first lived in this area 13 years ago.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with some of their wonderful dishes Seafood Paella Churros, Salmon and other great tasting food.

Delicious Filipino food is best served with coffee atchara, sweet shredded papaya pickles and a la carte Churro.

Dulcinea is a great place to go, but service was poor. The lengua and gambas were delicious, but it was slow. Crew need to be more customer-oriented.
