This service includes frozen groceries, however we cannot guarantee freshness for your food after two hours. To preserve the quality of our products, we recommend that you pick up your items immediately. After submitting the order form you will be notified via the Viber number that you provided. You can place orders through MyShopper Monday to Saturday.
Placement of non-grocery orders - from 8 00 am to 5 00 pm Processing starts at 10:00 am. Pickup is available from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The MyShopper service can be accessed every day, even on holidays. MyShopper will confirm the agreed pickup time.
FAQs What items can be ordered from Filinvest Lifemalls MyShopper? These can include groceries, hardware supplies and books, as well as gadgets and beauty and wellness products. You cannot order Viber directly. We will require the order details as part of MyShopper. You cannot order directly from Viber without using the Order Form.
We want to make the process more user-friendly so we'll need details from your order form. You cannot add another order to the order form after you submit the first one. Is there a minimum order requirement? No. How do you pay? Direct payment can be made to participating stores via GCash or Paymaya.

Non-grocery products will take approximately one hour depending on how many you ordered. Can I use my own courier?
