Since our Fitness First beginnings in 1993, we have become one of the largest fitness brands in the world and the largest in Southeast Asia. A trusted and enduring brand, we have an unrivaled network in the region, with knowledgeable teams, new technology, and world-class clubs. Through the years, we’ve seen a lot of changes, and we’ve come a long way. But our purpose remains clear: we are the fitness leaders who inspire people to go further in life.

Their class which they call “Freestyle Group Training Box,” focuses on executing correct boxing techniques as well as other exercises that will engage your core. Although they do offer classes for walk-ins, becoming a member will not only let you access other classes at a cheaper price which will hopefully keep you motivated to keep working out.

Our club has been designed with you in mind. We have areas that are dedicated to specific workout needs, which includes free weights area, cycling studio, GX studio, swimming pool and a Spartan SGX Zone.

You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.
