In 1969, Goldilocks began its catering business in companies like Philippine Airlines, Air Manila, Filipinas Orient, and Monte de Piedad. It eventually led to numerous catering opportunities for Malacañang functions, including the 1981 visit of Pope John Paul II.
Goldilocks customers were served “short orders” of sotanghon and pancit palabok, Arroz Caldo, ham sandwich, fresh lumpia, and halo-halo. 2 years later, they opened a 2nd store in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
