Since the 1970s, I have known Hizons' enseymada. Every time I went to Manila, I brought it with me. The last one was before the 2018 pandemic. The most recent February 2023. Particularly the Queso de bola flavour enseymada. One thing i noticed right away is mas kokonti na lang yung grated cheese toppings, in 2018 ay kinukutsara ko pa yung mga nalal... see more
