The gym has an NBA-grade indoor basketball court, tennis courts, a squash court, half an Olympic pool, studios for yoga and dance, and over 90 fitness equipment units. The best gym membership I have ever received. These facilities are of the highest quality.

I hope that the monthly fee will be less. I can imagine the same equipments at other gyms for a much lower cost. Maybe it s because it s within Shangri La. I inquired once, but decided to go to AF Uptown.

This is the best place for anyone who loves to lift or train. I've been a member since 2019, and just recently convinced my dad to join. I love every day I train there as it is always a different experience. The cold plunge and vitality pool are the perfect finishing touch to a hard workout.
