About L'Entrecote Bistro and Upper Room

The L'entrecote concept was originally from Geneva, a restaurant famous for having only one thing on the menu, "Steak and Unlimited Fries with the Secret Herb Butter Sauce."

Weighing in at 21 ounces, our Certified Angus Tomahawk Steak is brushed generously with their secret herb butter sauce, and it is certainly big enough to fill those with big appetites. 
They expanded their dishes from the steak to more daring combinations like the Lamb Merguez Sausage and Original Swiss Cheese Fondue.

To start a meal with a healthy variety of greens Big "Adlez" Nicoise Salad with Grilled Salmon is an entree disguised as an appetizer with its delicious dressing and large pieces of perfectly seasoned and cooked salmon. Another appetizer is the "Tasty Hot Octopus with Garlic," served with a side of freshly baked bread.
For a bite-sized filling dish, the Salmon Fumé with flaky Danish pastry balances the dish's flavors and texture. It perfectly complements the salmon's smokiness and the creaminess of the classic cream cheese in the middle.

The original L Entrecote concept is from Geneva. It was a popular restaurant that only offered one dish, the Steak with Unlimited Fries and the Secret Herb Butter Sauce. In 2010, this concept was adopted by Manila and brought rentrecote to Manila. We have become well-known for not only our L Entrecote Menu, but for the many other options that we have added over time.

Our famous steak, with our secret sauce, and other Swiss-inspired creations are what we love to brag about. These will delight your stomach. Our Certified Angus Tomahawk steak is 21 ounces in weight. It will satisfy big-hearted eaters.

The Original Swiss Cheese Fondue is a special cut of meat. A Swiss French bistro can serve this delicious fondue. We have three types of Swiss cheeses, plus Kirsch liquor. You can also choose from our extensive selection of entrees and desserts.

Their prices are on the steeper side but the experience was worth it. The only issue we had was their service. The appetizer, soup, and the main course were served at the same time. Had dinner with my friends. I ordered the lamb shank on mashed potatoes. it was so tender, really enjoyed it. Got to try also their delish beef stroganoff pasta. Desserts were also superb. Attentive and courteous personnel. I stayed until 1am because I enjoyed the 80s music played by their dynamic DJ.

We are able to find authentic European cuisine in Manila, but it is hard to get them here. Risotto oysters and fish dishes exceed our expectations. It almost feels as if the restaurant owner chooses all the cheeses and suppliers. The wines menu also does not disappoint.

Sauce caf de Paris is a great experience if you love meat. There are many appetizers, including cheese sausage foie gras and beef Pepito.

I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant for more than 10 years. Kudos to the staff for maintaining quality and atmosphere. My all-time favorites are foie gras and tuna carpaccio.
