Service very slow

My time was wasted by the doctor, who didn't keep track of my clock and became very inefficient.

Although Claims to be world-class hospital, it doesn't even have enough parking St Lukes is far superior.

They can hire sufficient people faster if they are given the money.

The Admissions office proudly displays that you aim to provide QUALITY service for ALL patients from the beginning to the end of their healthcare journey. This is complete RUBBISH.

This hospital is too understaffed, has many patients and lacks the facilities to support it. It's supposed be the most prestigious in the Philippines.

MMC is undoubtedly one of the top hospitals in PH if we compare it with other provinces. My mom also loves MMC. Even though she was sick in Canada, she went back to PH to get checked up. WORST HOSPITAL Nurses and doctors are not skilled in sos situations. There is too much unnecessary testing, too many protocols and poor in-room service. My mother lost her life today because of incompetent staff and unexperienced physicians.

We came here for lunch as all other eateries in the hospital was full and busy. No regrets. The crab sandwich in ciabatta bread I ordered turned out to be very delicious and it compensated for the long wait. My wife took the soup with...garlic bread and she enjoyed her meal too. This is a very good hospital I have been going here ever since I was a little baby I have my daily checkups here and the 12pm masses are also a usual family tradition The restaurants in the hospital are adequate my favorite being Floating Island
