Do not give a negative rating. I did so after I had paid my parents policy. I tried to contact my agent but they didn't respond. They said to email me once, but that it would take them almost a month to reply. I tried calling the hotline in the Philippines but the queues were long and I was never answered. I truly regret purchasing two policies.

They are not very helpful after the sale (even though they do have fast enrollment, but let's be honest, this is when you get paid). From Tokyo to the US. A group of fraudsters refused to pay me for my claim, even though I had all documents. DONT GET TRIAL INSURANCE HERE, BUY IT IN AXAIR ALLIANZ ABSTAND

Very poor cusyomer services 1 CS chews food over the telephone 2 a single inquiry about SASSI was never answered in an email 3. A correction to beneficiary's misspelling took three months. I also learned about horror stories that friends shared.

The premium increases every year. My premium renewal was almost 70K Pacific Cross does not offer outpatient services, and must be authorized for additional lab work md consultation or diagnostics. I have since found medical insurance that meets my needs and fits my situation.

Pacific Cross is not the right choice if you want fast, efficient and affordable medical insurance. They require 10 days to pre-approve and after 10 days cannot provide a definitive answer.

They have been my insurance provider for years. When I was ready to make a claim due to a cancellation of a flight abroad, I received zero support. I tried to contact them every week but got no reply.

My experience with Pacific Cross has been for several years. You don't really feel the support from them until you ask for it. They are quick to get your annual membership updated, but the claims department and customer service are very slow to respond to emails and texts. After paying a substantial premium, the company took a long time to give us what we wanted. We nearly begged for updates. What about professionalism? Is your client worth it Just for the money? If you are interested in their services, you should find another provider. You will waste your money with this company.

Customer service is terrible. I tried sending an email and messaging via viber, but they did not reply. I even called their hotline to inquire about the matter. It is clear that this company is a scam.

Blue Royale is quite costly, but all the numbers are impossible to reach when I need covid. So I pay everything for my personal account. Update: I have emailed all of my follow-ups from September 12, 2012 until Nov 3, 2013. No feedback on a simple claim. I doubt that they will deliver any service.
