After a successful operation, I was completely satisfied with my service.

All activities are in organize and systematic.... the workers, nurses and doctors are doing their best services to all patients and very cooperatives.

Service to people is vital

The staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. I understood the requirements of covid 19, but they didn t have the right to speak to me in the manner she did. Because they provide for the poor and those in need, I love visiting Philippine General Hospital.

Even though they provided the care that my aunt needed, the people at the hospital are unfriendly. If you wish to visit them don't expect respect from anyone in OBAS or the 16-ward.

Too lengthy Consultation took only 1 day, no joke

Although the process can take a while, they will be able to speak to someone at the counter if the situation is good.

It is so awful that my father waited in line for almost a whole day in the hospital.

PGH has the most qualified doctors, nurses, and staffs to help people.
