SM Megamall is a shopping mall located in the Ortigas business district of Metro Manila, Philippines. It is currently the third-largest SM Supermall and the largest in the Philippines. It has a maximum capacity of 4 million people, developed and operated by SM Prime Holdings.
It comprises two buildings connected by a bridge and occupies a land area of approximately 10 hectares, with a total floor area of 474,000 square meters (5,100,000 sq ft), making it the thirteenth largest shopping mall in the world.
The mall currently has 968 shops and is separated into five buildings, namely Building A, Building B, Building C; Building D, which is also known as the Mega Fashion Hall; and the Mega Atrium.
The new wing of the mall features international dining concepts —Hong Kong's Michelin Star dim sum restaurant Tim Ho Wan, Taiwan's Din Tai Fung, Saint Marc's Café of Tokyo, Ippudo Ramen, and gyoza specialist Osaka Ohsho. There are also homegrown specialty restaurants like 8 Cuts Burger, Abe, and Vikings, the largest buffet in the Philippines.
For film enthusiasts, Megamall offers an IMAX theater and private screening functions at the Director's Club, which has its own butler service. The Olympic size Ice Skating Rink can also be found here.
SM Megamall has different retail shops and international brands like the Swedish fashion retailer H&M which opened in October 2014. The mall is home also has the flagship store of Victoria's Secret and Zara. Many other global brands also opened their first store and can ve found in this mall, including Denmark's Vero Moda, Spain's Pull & Bear, and US skin-care label Philosophy.
