Great coffee and desserts

Somewhat shabby with lots of instant coffee on sale that hardly adds to the premium feel aspired to Worse 4 P220 for a coffee take out more expensive than NYC London and is impossible to justify

The AC on the 2nd floor was not adequate for dining. All coffee products were excellent, but the tiramisu was disappointing.
