They Focus on serving traditional Pintxos, or small finger foods served at bars and taverns throughout the Basque Region of Northern Spain made with the highest-quality ingredients in a casual dining setting.
Bar Pintxos soon established a name and took pride in making its own Chorizo or spicy sausage and importing most of its ingredients, including Paprika, to ensure the authenticity of its dishes.
Today, it continues to win over discerning palettes from around the metro as it continues to serve familiar Spanish favorites and dream up new flavor creations.
