Fitness Kickboxing is a safe and fun way to get fit, lose weight and learn self-defense skills. Based upon Muay Thai and Boxing techniques

KMA fitness teaches people to use and rediscover their body through integrated movements and benefits from the amazing results. The workouts are designed for those who want to lose weight, stay in shape, and learn to kick and punch.

Boxing Boxing, also known as sweet science or boxing is a combat sports. Boxing training is about building strength, speed and reflexes as well endurance. This is an effective form of self defence and a good fitness exercise. It's suitable for both children and adults. Training for children is offered from 5.30pm to 3:00pm on Sundays.

Adult training is Monday through Friday from 7 to 9pm and Saturdays 7 to 7pm. Sunday training takes place between 8 to 5pm. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is an essential ground-based grappling system for mixed Martial Arts. It is a concept that leverage, or a weaker opponent can defeat a stronger person.

This is one of the best martial arts. It's both mentally and physically challenging, similar to Chess. It is an easy sport that requires little to no striking and can be started as early as age 5. Training in Gi and No Gi is emphasized.

This Martial Art is only one that has been recognized by the Olympics. Although children as young as 3 years old can learn, we believe that 4 year-olds are better able to comprehend the concepts. Don Yonzon is a Taekwondo instructor and a former member of the National Demo Team. He has been ranked as a Black belt since 1990.

Don Yonzon is a certified instructor with the Philippine Taekwondo Association, which was established in 1976. It's the National governing body of Taekwondo. This is the right place for those who are serious about learning basic martial arts or training.

A friendly group of men, very helpful, and excellent jujitsu training. I was there for a week and learned a lot. Although the website states that classes start at 10am they actually get underway around 11:45-12pm. They are walking distance from most hotels and Airbnbs. The front desk staff seems a little distant but don't be worried the guys behind... see more
