Army Golf club is located near the Central Business District and five-star hotels like the New World Makati Hotel and the Shangri-La Makati. This nine-hole course is accessible and popular even after Manila's infamous rainfalls.
The course is a perfect practice spot, especially for beginners who want to improve their game but aren’t ready for an 18 hole round. It’s also perfect for business people who don’t have time to complete a full 18 holes after a long day at work. The green fees are affordable, and this course only requires a caddie. The cart is not required, which at most courses, it is.
The 9-hole Philippine Army Golf Course, formerly known as Kagitingan Golf Course, is a perfect place for beginning golfers to hone their skills.

To save me from the pain of trying the Villamor Air Base golf course, I went to this range and hired some clubs. I also found that the equipment was decent and the prices were comparable to Villamor. I gave 200 pesos to the young man who seemed very happy.

Caddie girls don't make 500. They are too lazy to take note, forget to count customers packages and lose club counts. I was unable to locate my lost covers when I discovered this. I asked admin for help but they said they couldn't control the caddie. And the fee is more expensive than better courses.

This is a good option for those looking to play 9 holes in the Metro. We visited on a weekday and were able to go without any queues.
