Poison is a coffee and doughnut shop hidden in the Alley at Karrivin Plaza. The converse of a sunny neighborhood cafe, its somber, neon-noir atmosphere attracts the rarer sort: folks weary of the city’s vitality, serial loners, and elusive art mongers from galleries next door.
Poison is the result of the chemistry between Tasteless Food Group and Hydra Design Group. Plotted as a front for Hydra’s dirty work from their studios above, the shop is the caffeine and creativity dispensary. Taken together, it's a mixture that kills.

The atmosphere at Poison is great and the food delicious. I had Aburi Kakuni, and my friends got Katsudon Chicken Teriyaki. I was so happy with my meal that I decided to share it.

I have yet to try the coffee, but their donuts look great and are delicious. The matcha flavor is too strong for my liking. However, i do love the moist donuts. It's not a bad donut but it's better than the well-known donut shops in the city.

I got 1 ube and 1 ramen doughnut, and 1 milk-tea doughnut. The broth was great and the pork was slightly overcooked. My partner enjoyed it. While the milk tea doughnut was good, the balance of the milk custard and sweetness was not too strong. However the topping was strange.

It s a great place with great staff. I'd give it 5 stars. But their coffee and donuts might be a bit too much.
