Reyes Barbeque

Reyes Barbecue was launched at the SM North Edsa Foodcourt in 2003 and Shangri La Mall Foodcourt in 2004. He then experienced a drop of more than 50% in sales compared to his former franchise businesses. 

Instead of giving up, Reyes persisted. In no time, Reyes Barbecue’s sales surpassed the sales of his former franchise businesses.

Reyes Barbecue has over 50 stores and even has franchise applications from the United States and Singapore. It also has its own Commissary, Cold Storage as well as Head Office in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Reyes Barbecue owner, Francisco “Frank” Reyes, recalls how he traveled around Metro Manila using his bicycle to taste different barbecues sold on the streets and shares the reason why he decided to start his own food business.
