Inspired by the nautilus, the church showcases perfect natural proportions and the golden mean. Its grand structure serves as a contemporary landmark, complementing the historic Las Piñas Bamboo Organ Church. Symbolizing the Holy Trinity, three colossal shells represent the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, core tenets of Catholic dogma. Vibrant colors attract a younger audience, conveying that God is present and relevant.

The shrine features a 2,500-seat main chapel, a eucharistic chapel, a minor chapel, and a 500-vault columbarium. Additional amenities include a 350-seat auditorium and a 25-car basement parking. Constructed with EIFS, high-performance architectural glass, Italian marble, steel, and aluminum, the building's structural frame is a composite of steel and reinforced concrete.
