The food conglomerate was boosted to its current status with Othmar Frei, his COO. Werdenberg Intl was founded long ago to transform the Philippines&#39; Hospitality Industry. From 1984 to 1987, Corp. WIC was followed by Euro-Swiss Food Inc.

In order to meet the needs of different locations, 12 Santis Delicatessen Shops were built between 1987 and 2020. Three restaurants that were founded by the major food producers, WIC or ESFI are Chesa Bianca Swiss Restaurant and Cave Werdenberg Wine Bar and I m Angus Steak House.

Inspired by the Singapore original, this lobby-level watering hole at the Raffles Makati has an unbeatable happy hour &ndash; all-you-can-drink beer, wine, and cocktails (including the signature Singapore Sling) for P870 from 5 pm to 8 pm. The lacquered, suitably lengthy bar is a real treasure.&nbsp;

Long Bar&nbsp;is also firmly grounded in delivering a first-rate contemporary cocktail program, complementing sumptuous bar cuisine and vibrant live music. The experienced team of bartenders serves up stellar renditions of classic and signature cocktails and offers a full bar service with imported and local draft beers, wines, and premium spirits. In addition, an all-day Bar Menu features selections of both snacks and more substantial dishes.

The Long Bar Signature Cocktails are&nbsp;Spicy Mango Chelada&ndash; mango chili infusion, fresh lime, Tiger Beer.&nbsp;Makati&nbsp;Luxury Sling&ndash;&nbsp;Tanqueray Ten, Cherry Blossom, Grand Marnier, Benedictine, Lime and Pineapple juice, Angostura Foam, 24k Gold flakes, and&nbsp;Makati&nbsp;Manhattan&ndash; Maker&rsquo;s Mark Bourbon, Citrus &amp; Don Papa-Spiced Red Vermouth, Angostura Bitter.

There is&nbsp;artwork from local artists to feature throughout the area. For example, you will see&nbsp;a pop art style collage depicting the famous boxer Manny Pacquiao with a pair of his boxing gloves showcased in an adjacent glass cabinet.

You will also see a&nbsp;pop art tribute to the famous silent movie-era comedian- Charlie Chaplin- who had a long association with Raffles in Singapore as a residential guest.

Galileo Enoteca is a multi-awarded Italian Wine Bar, and Restaurant tucked away in a quiet district of Mandaluyong. It was opened in 2004 by Gaetano Vitrano, an Italian national who first came to the Philippines in 2000 to start a trading business for imported Italian wine and gourmet food products which eventually blossomed into a restaurant business.

2003, Galileo opened a store in Sangumay, Mandaluyong city, finally making Galileo more visible to potential customers. This store became easily well-loved, a cozy little place where Gaetano and his family members served wine, cold cuts &amp; cheese, and another delicatessen.&nbsp;

At Galileo you can taste three wines before ordering your best choice, featuring different wine variants from across regions of Italy. The wine bar opened in August 2017 and became the most sought-after wine bar around the metro because of the wines they serve and their freshly imported cold cuts and dishes.

It houses 150 types of the best wine, personally tasted and chosen by the French sommelier owners.&nbsp;&nbsp;

For the dishes, Dr. Wine&rsquo;s&nbsp;Belgian Chef Julienne Lecomte&nbsp;created the wine dinner menu, which was served directly from the open kitchen on The 3rd Floor. They have&nbsp;Fish Quenelle, a&nbsp;Lapu Lapu shaped into quenelles accompanied by plump prawns in a Gratinee Lyonnaise preparation.&nbsp;Next, beef Short Ribs, beef ribs slow-cooked until fork-tender in classic French pepper sauce with sauteed carrots and a side of creamy potato gratin.

They have a weekend brunch, a platter of local mussels, clams, shrimps,&nbsp;escargot&nbsp;of&nbsp;bulots&nbsp;and&nbsp;bigorneux&nbsp;snails, oysters, and razor clams imported from France, all served on a bed of ice. These platters are accompanied by freshly baked artisanal bread.

Open for dine-in and takeout Mondays to Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Thursdays to Fridays from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm, and Saturdays to Sundays from 12:00 noon to 11.30 pm.&nbsp;

It was elegant and simple without trying. Every detail was executed with good taste and nothing too extravagant. It was a classic, traditional, rich, and well-traveled atmosphere. This hidden gem is an eye-opener for those who are keen to see the details. Excellent service.
