Conveniently located on the second floor of Maxims Hotel, Ginzadon is the go-to place for family dinners or get-togethers with friends, especially after an eventful evening in Resorts World Manila.
Ginzadon offers two of the world-famous cuisines, Japanese and Korean. With this, you can find sushi, sashimi, teppan, samgyupsal, galbi, and the selection of special sashimi platter is a perfect appetizer for sashimi lovers.
They also serve Tempura Ura Maki platter, a huge California roll with prawn tempura. Each roll has nori bits on top roe on the side, quality sticky rice, crunchy nori, prawn tempura, cucumber, ripe mango, and crab stick.
And for their Korean dish, Gizadon is very proud of its special kimchi (Tofu Kim Chi) made by their own Korean Chef. The soft tofu balanced the zesty and salty kimchi.
Taking its name from ‘Ginza,’ the upscale Tokyo district, and the Korean term for money ‘don,’ Ginzadon gives diners a taste of two distinct, but undeniably related countries.
