The National Museum of Natural History houses 12 permanent galleries that exhibit the Philippines' rich biological and geological diversity. It includes creatively curated displays of botanical, zoological, and geological specimens representing the Philippines' unique natural history.
It exhibits specimens of animals, geology, and plants collected and preserved from all over the Philippines. One of the most attractive is the "Tree of Life." The atrium has a huge building from the floor to the ceiling.
Tickets are free and open every Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
The National Museum of Natural History was officially opened to the public in May 2018. Located in Rizal Park, it is part of the National Museum Complex.
Completed it in the 1940s, it was formerly called Agriculture and Commerce Building. Before it became the National Museum of Natural History, the building used to be the headquarters of the Department of Tourism until 2015.

National Museum of the Philippines is responsible for the development and management of the country's reference collections.
These include cultural heritage fine arts and anthropology as well as archaeology and natural science botany. It also conducts permanent research in the fields of biodiversity, geological and human history, marine and underwater cultural heritages, ethnology and art history and other cultural property that are moveable or immovable. Mandates and objectives
