Among its specialties are Binukadkad na pla-pla, Gising-gising, Piniritong Galunggong, Crispy Tadyang and Sinigang sa Bayabas, Sinugba Platter, a Cebu-style grilled prawns, pork belly, and chicken served with atchara and spicy vinegar. Succulent prawns, tender pork belly, and juicy chicken create a heavenly experience. Each bite is flavorful, and the atchara provides the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Spicy vinegar gives it an extra kick of flavor, making it irresistible.

Bistro Remedios (formerly Ang Bistro sa Remedios) opened in 1984 at the corner of Remedios and Adriatico Streets. It was named after the street it was on.

The restaurant moved to its present location at M. Adriatico Street in 1998 where foreigners and locals craving authentic, homestyle Filipino food drew in. It remains in the heart of Malate as a hands-down favorite for Filipino Cooking for over 33 years.
