Tatatito's menu is diverse- practically all the Filipino favorites can be found in this restaurant, from pancit to inasal and everything in between. Among the must-tries is the Tatatito Crispy Grilled Sisig, a mix of textures from the soft and chewy pig's ears to the crunchy chicharon-like bits. The Adobong Baby Pusit, Gising Gising Sigarilyas, is made of vegetables cooked in rich coconut milk and chili that perfectly balance creaminess with a spicy kick.
They also have the Crab Palabok, crunchy noodles rich in crab sauce with egg and chicharon bits on their list. Lumpiang Shanghai is jam-packed with ground pork and complemented with a sweet-style dipping sauce; the Baked Mussels are topped with a savory, crispy breading. Then there's the Roast Bistek Tagalog with its fork-tender character.
Another beef specialty is the Classic Beef Kare Kare, where the meat falls off the bone and has rich peanut sauce. It's served with bagoong (fermented shrimp paste) on the side to complete the meal.
But the real showstopper here is the Classic Crispy Pata. Tatito's version of deep-fried pork trotters is already sliced and generously topped with toasted garlic and then plated with a side of okoy (deep-fried fritters).
The dishes come in two sizes, regular and sharing, making it flexible depending on the group size.
A taste of home: Tatatito to bring families together through genuine Filipino cuisine.
