Palacio del Gobernador

The first official residence of the Spanish Governor General or Palacio Real was located near Fort Santiago. Governor General Diego Fajardo moved to a house where the Palacio de Gobernador Condominium presently stands. The owner of the house was former member of the Real Audencia (Supreme Court) Manuel Estacio de Venegas. 

It also previously housed the Bureau of the Treasury until it relocated across Plaza de Roma to the Ayuntamiento de Manila.

The Palacio del Gobernador is a government building located in Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It is located southwest of Plaza de Roma and was built in its current form in 1976.

The following registrations were made with Securities and Exchange Commission SEC of PDGCC: Amended by-Laws May 14th 1982, November 4th 1980 Lumang Bayan Realty Development Corporation asked Register of Deeds for a Nine 9 individual Condominium Certificate of title to Lumang Bayan Realty Development Corporation to be issued to the Nine 9 Floors including Basement of PDGCC Building.

December 12, 1980 at 10 o'clock Condominium Certificates Of Title were issued
