My family was not allowed to enter this horrible, non-humanitarian hospital. The doctor that checked my son told me that because my mother is not certified to administer vaccines they would not allow my siblings to come in. After my sister had been admitted to hospital for a test they said that the hospital could not admit my brother. At that point... see more

It is slow. I gave it 1 star. The staff at the ER were kind and affordable. However, the rest of the staff are rude and arrogant. If it was possible to give it a negative rating I would be giving it minus 1000000 star.

There are many policies, but there are some that seem super stupid. I have never seen anyone using an aircon in the waiting room. It was too hot.

These protocols can be very intrusive. It's said that patients have to use their power banks to recharge their phones when they need it. I don't know about you but it is something that you should experience.
