About Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina

Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina is a casual restaurant offering Fil-Mex food. One of its owners describes it as “Mexican adjusted to the Filipino taste buds.” Its first branch started in Dagupan City in Pangasinan. Currently, it has a handful of branches in Metro Manila.

They served Beef Nachos with a generous serving of flavorful chunks of beef, tomatoes, melted cheese, and a small tray of dips (garlic sauce, guacamole, and a spicy dip). Next, Beef Skewers, roasted to medium rare and served with a cup of rice. It has a delicious smoky flavor that pairs perfectly with rice, 

Pork Ribs come with mashed potato on the side, and a must-try Caliente Wings, which are fried chicken wings in sweet-spicy barbecue sauce. 

In addition, they also have tacos, quesadilla, pancholo’s burger, seafood paella, pork fingers, and Mexican rib-eye steak. 

Distinct Mexican taste from their meals, and the cozy vibe from the simple furnishing.

We were stuffed when we arrived at the resto and it took us so long for our food to be delivered. It was necessary to continue following up. After five more follow-ups, the drinks could only be served.

It was delicious! It was very good, even though it is quite expensive. You will feel full afterwards. I know that they offer unlimited refills on sauces. Overall, it's a great place to eat in.

It was still there. It was almost ready to pick when we arrived at the restaurant on a weekday at 6PM. Our usual favourites were Beef Nachos and Beef Quesadilla. We also ordered the Pork Chop. Great nachos, fast service. Although they do offer cocktails, I doubt that the restaurant will be able to serve them because of the proximity to a church. You will still need to have your vax certificate so bring it along. Only street parking

If you are a tourist or know good food. Save your money and time. I don t like giving a bad review. When food is not up to par. Freshness and quality is very poor. We ordered the lamb chops. Customers must still show their vaccine cards to enter this place. I was eager to try their nachos, tacos, and complete tacos. The cheese quesadilla was delicious with fries. The refreshing fresh dalandan juice is a great palate cleanser. Dips condiments can be refilled. The staff was friendly and efficient.

We were brought by my brother to this restaurant for Saturday treats. There was some waiting but we were able to get seated quickly. The mexican filipino-infused food is excellent. They have dynamite chicken wings, nachos and dynamite chicken wings. Our food selection was good.
