Although crew was unfriendly that day, Manila's #1 burrito looked and tasted okay. We were served a junior by the crew and they tried to make us believe it was regular, even though we are able to clearly see our orders. We had to place our orders at the counter. The staff couldn't even be bothered to show up, much less provide the usual service required by a restaurant. The food was not good and was fast.

It was the worst food choice I have ever made. Tiny burrito that measured 8 inches shorter than half the size of the original. The wrapper wasn't strong enough to hold it together.

My order was forgotten by the cashier. We were 6 people and paid for it. Unfortunately, when we sat down to eat our food, mine was left out. The staff didn't smile as though they had a problem.

Terrible Boritos Ambiance 5 10 Customer Service 6 10 Food 4/10 It took 7 minutes for my food to arrive. The food was cold. I requested a chilli sauce, but it wasn t served with my boritos.

It's been a while since we ordered, but I am still adding the review. We were concerned about small cockroaches at the cashier counter. Management was likely already familiar with the problem and would take action. However, based on the latest reviews for this year, the place still has cockroaches.

When we went in to place our order for our 4 person meal, we were told to go to another restaurant as they have fulfilled a Php10K order. We mentioned that we would be willing to wait and that the waitress was not able to take our order. She then asked us to sit down at our tables.
